Required Vendors

For uniformity in exterior appearance of the River’s Edge Condominiums, the Board has determined that ONLY the following vendors may be used for replacement of windows and balcony sliding doors, the replacement of balcony surfaces, and aluminum clad window repair. Before beginning such work, residents are required to inform NS Management.

    Approved colors for pebblestone: Red Flint, Ohio, Alabama, and Gray Blend.
